I had a hard week. I don’t know why, but every time I go on a “diet” of any kind it doesn’t take long for me to get adjusted to it pretty well. That in itself isn’t a problem, but it’s the fact that I feel so full on so much less that is. I didn’t eat the minimum required calories for 4 days this week! Yikes. I didn’t do it intentionally and I didn’t even know that it was 4 days straight until I looked back at my chart. I think I just thought that a couple of days wouldn’t hurt, but it was 4. After I noticed the 4 – 1100 calorie days I quickly adjusted it and ate much better the rest of the week. My weight loss wasn’t a whole lot as a result of not eating enough. I only lost .8 pounds, but I was VERY surprised and excited to see a 5.5 in loss from my measurements!!! I am SO glad that I am recording inches because that is where it really matters. It’s so refreshing to know that Nutrisystem and my exercise are paying off! I also have noticed that my pants are fitting much nicer than they had been. 😉

So far Nutrisystem has been a great program to follow and I am seeing great results! Nutrisystem is a scientific approach to weight-loss which focuses on the glycemic index. It helps to keep your blood sugars level and hunger at bay!
