Before starting Weight Watchers I thought that I did a good job of eating vegetables regularly. I do eat veggies everyday, but I realized that I am not eating as much as I originally thought when I started logging my food into the system. February is typically the time that people start to get back into their former habits. I have prepared for this by making appointments with my Weight Watchers personal coach for encouragement and goal setting. The Personal Coaching is really helping me to set a firm foundation of healthy living. The other day I was really having an off day and the scale wasn’t moving as fast as I thought it should. My personal coach asked me if I expected more weight loss than what I had been experiencing. It made me realize that I didn’t need to worry about losing every week as long as my other healthy living goals were met. It’s amazing how focused on the scale we can become when our focus should be all about healthy living.

I couldn’t have said it better myself! I thought the Weight Watchers ad was really relevant to our society where we are bombarded with food everywhere we go. It’s hard to change habits, but I know it’s totally possible with the help of Weight Watchers! With Weight Watchers I am learning that it’s not so hard to change habits and make better choices… We are given the power to chose and resist the lesser things in order to achieve the better things!
