Our Toddler Bedtime Routine

Orajel for Toddlers and Bedtime Routine

There is no doubt in my mind that a child’s bedtime routine is very very important. From the time that my kids are born we start a routine with them. Our older kids can brush their own teeth, but our toddler needs help. We make sure to start off with the teeth brushing first because sometimes they fall asleep during reading time. My little guy is so proud of his Orajel™ PAW Patrol™ toothbrush and toothpaste that are just for him! Orajel for Toddlers! We are using the Orajel™ PAW Patrol™ Anti-cavity toothpaste which has the Paw Patrol theme on the outside. He loves the matching Orajel™ PAW Patrol™ toothbrush as well. Orajel™ PAW Patrol™ products are a great way to transition you little one(s) to fluoride toothpaste to help protect against cavities to keep young teeth and gums healthy.

Bedtime Routine for Toddlers and The Three Bees!

We like to read books that are specifically for bedtime so that they can prepare to rest their minds. We recently discovered a great free e-book at called, The Three Bees, that is perfect for bedtime! Scholastic and Orajel™ have partnered up to help parents start or continue a bedtime routine that includes reading and brushing teeth. The free e-book is a great way for kids to get excited about brushing their teeth and reading before bed. There are other great resources on the Scholastic website like the 100 best Read Aloud books and even a challenge.

The Read2Me Tonight Challenge is where you can take a photo or video of you reading out loud to your children as part of your bedtime routine for a chance to win all 100 Best Read-Aloud Books and a PAW Patrol™ “Brushers Bundle” fromOrajel™. You can then share that entry via the site to social media, earning an extra chance to win and helping to spread the word!

Read2Me Tonight is launching February 11 in the lead up to World Read Aloud Day on February 24. The campaign continues through National Reading Month (March) and on through the summer.

We are excited to enter this challenge and excited for everyone else that is participating too. Kids thrive on a great bedtime routine and one that includes brushing teeth + reading is the best!
