Mid Morning Millstone® coffee Breaks! {plus Mr. Coffee® Giveaway}

I love homeschooling my kids, but lesson plans and grading tend to be a dreaded part of my daily list of to do’s.  I started avoiding this task to the point where my procrastination took away from other things.  I needed to find a way to motivate myself to get it finished each day.   Now I include this daily task in my mid morning coffee routine so that I look forward to drinking my Millstone® Chocolate Velvet Flavored coffee while staying on task!

There is just something motivating about a delicious cup of Millstone® coffee in chocolate velvet flavor.  The rich aroma fills the air with coffee and notes of chocolate and the taste is simply decadent!

I keep this recipe low carb so that I don’t get a sugar crash later in the day.  In addition to the Millstone® coffee I add a bit of sugar free syrup, a splash of half n half, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips! Divine!  I like to share a few chocolate chips with the kids too… they love that!

My coffeemaker of choice is the Mr. Coffee® Optimal Brew™ Thermal 10 cup Coffeemaker that I found at Walmart.  This coffeemaker is the best I have found for making a hot and perfectly brewed cup of coffee.

When combined with Millstone® coffee (also at Walmart) I get a rich and satisfying coffee that I can enjoy throughout the day.

The Mr. Coffee® Optimal Brew™ 10 cup coffeemaker is really stylish with the stainless steel and black.  I love the modern feel of it.  The Mr. Coffee® Optimal Brew™ also has a thermal carafe that I love!  I can brew my coffee and I don’t have to worry that it will get cold right away!  This is important to me because with 4 kids around I may have to do ten things before I can drink my coffee!
