Today is National Chocolate Mousse Day!!! I thought that these Bird’s Nest Mousse Cups were perfect to celebrate the day and to make for an easy Easter dessert! While looking for easy Easter desserts I noticed that chocolate is WAY under represented at Easter (aside from chocolate bunnies). This needs to change ASAP! It’s just not a holiday without chocolate in my opinion.
These look so pretty and will be a great addition to any Easter spread!
