To celebrate the great news that Jesus rose from the grave… this Easter my girls made a Washi Tape Cross! This simple Easter craft uses only Washi Tape, Craft sticks and glue. The process is really simple and my girls were so excited to be able to use my Washi tape! I’m a little late to the Washi Tape craze, but I snagged up 7 rolls of it from Pick Your Plum!!! I am excited to find more crafts to use it on too!
I cut down my craft sticks so that they would make a cross. Then I had the girls apply the Washi tape. We then glued them together with an Elmer’s Extra strength glue stick. So simple!
I just love how beautiful they turned out! I am definitely going to hang these on their wall!!!
I love how they look in the grass… so simple. Everyday is a great day to reflect on the cross.
What Washi Tape Crafts have you tried?

Hi LuAnn,
I used strong scissors to cut them. Hope that helps.

So cute! The Easter bunny found wooden crosses for my kids at Michael's for a buck and I was going to have them paint them, but these are just adorable! Thinking we might break out the washi instead. Thanks for the idea and Happy Easter!
