One of our favorite things to do as a family is coming up with fun snack ideas for the holidays. I always have my kids join in on the creative process and my oldest daughter is becoming quite the creative genius lately. She suggested using mustard and ketchup to make the eyes and mouth of the spiders. I added some pretzel legs and this easy idea for Spider Nuggets was born! They made a great Halloween treat this year.
My family of 6 can go through a package of Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips in no time. That’s why I was so excited to find the large 5 pound package of Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and the 3 pound package of Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips at Sam’s Club recently. I love the larger size which means more creative ideas to try!
To make these Spider Nuggets just break up pretzel twists for the legs and use the mustard and ketchup for the eyes and lips. These are so easy and the kids will love helping make all the silly faces on the spiders! I love that Tyson® Chicken Nuggets have 15 grams of protein and are fully cooked for easy preparation. Especially when there are hungry kids involved!
We ate these tasty Spider Nuggets while watching a few episodes of the classic Peanuts movies. My favorite Peanuts movies are during the holidays and it’s always fun to share them with my kids. We can’t wait for the November 6th release of the new Peanuts movie in theaters too! It looks like such a cute movie and I know our whole family will enjoy it. My favorite character is Snoopy and it looks like he is still up to all his crazy antics!!! 🙂
What creative ideas do you have for using Tyson® Chicken Nuggets? I’d love to hear them!
Be sure to check out the new Peanuts Movie coming to theaters on November 6th!
