Recipe: Chicken and Avocado Bagel Pizzas

These are so good, and super easy to make!  Perfect for lunch,  or a light dinner.

Ingredients:
4 Thin Bagels
2 ripe Avocados
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 chicken breast fully cooked and chopped
6 cherry tomatoes crushed (or equivalent)
Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning or Mrs. Dash Spicy Seasoning (your own preference)
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 415 degrees.  Split Bagel Thins on a pan (outsides facing down).  Peel and seed avocado and mash it  up with the crushed tomatoes.  Sprinkle your Mrs. Dash seasoning of choice into spread, and then spread even amounts on top of Bagel Thins.  Next place chicken evenly on top of spread.  Sprinkle cheese to cover each Bagel and lightly sprinkle both Mrs. Dash and Garlic Salt on each Bagel.  Bake in oven for about 10 minutes (or until cheese is bubbly).  Enjoy!
