These Mocha Truffles are amazing! I made them over the Christmas break and gave them to family and friends. You can roll these in just about anything you think of. I rolled mine in cocoa powder, hazelnuts and almonds. They are a perfect treat to enjoy anytime or to give away for a special occasion. They are perfect as a Valentine’s gift… just place them in mini cupcake liners and then into a box! So sweet!
I love how easy these are to make and that they taste better than the store bought versions!

- Cocoa Powder or chopped nuts to roll the truffles in.
Instructions

- Scoop out mixture with a small spoon make 1 inch balls with hands. Your hands will be very messy so keep a hand towel or paper towel handy. Roll each ball in either cocoa powder or nuts and place on a piece of parchment paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes around 20 1 inch balls.
