Honeymoon Guacamole- Easy version

I know the name of the guacamole sounds a little strange, but we first tasted a guacamole made with oranges when we were on our honeymoon in San Antonio.  This is an easier version than the original, but it is SOOO yummy.  I will post the original when I have more time to make it!

What you will need:
1 1/2 tsp. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate or juice of one orange
I can of WHOLE tomatoes drained and chopped into large size.
4 or 5 avocados
1/4 cup chopped yellow or Spanish onion
McCormick (or any other brand) sea salt with garlic grinder

Directions: peel and take out seeds of avocados then smoosh with a fork in medium bowl. Sprinkle 4 to 5 grinds of the sea salt.  Add rest of ingredients and stir lightly to combine.  Serve with baked tortilla chips (recipe later). YUMM!!! Makes 8 servings.
