Gender Reveal Clues and Games!

Clues and Games

This week I am sharing all the details of our Gender Reveal Party!   We had a little guessing game for everyone to play and it was so much fun!

Old Wives Tales

When everyone came in they had to guess the babies gender and write their name on a small paper onesie!  I had several cut out in each of the colors except the gold.  Our colors were Coral, Mint, Teal, Pink and Gold.  It was so fun to see everyone’s guesses since my husband and I already knew.  Just for fun I wrote out several of the “Old Wives Tales” and marked what each one was predicting.  It was split pretty evenly!  lol

Pregnancy Cravings

Another fun idea was to have a table set up with all of my pregnancy cravings.  Just in case someone might get a clue to what we were having based on the cravings!  Of course I really just wanted to eat all of it! 😉

Pregnancy Cravings2

My hubby made these awesome pancakes with a strawberry on top!  Yes, my cravings have been very specific!

Chips with Queso has been a big craving too!

Pregnancy Cravings4

Caprese Salad has been my #1 craving!  I think it’s the vinegar… must be my version of the pickle craving.  I LOVE this appetizer sized version!  Just take grape tomatoes, basil and cheese and stick them on a toothpick.   Place them all on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  So good!!!

Pregnancy Cravings5

I’ve been pregnant many times… and every-time I ALWAYS crave burgers!  I really don’t like them all THAT much outside of pregnancy.  It’s just one of those things! 😉  I decided to make slider sized burgers using potato rolls cut in half and small patties.  So easy!  I served them with along with all  the fixings.  Yum!

Pregnancy Cravings6

This may be the weirdest thing I crave… it’s another one that I crave exclusively in pregnancy.   Coleslaw and “crumblies” from Long John Slivers.  I know… weird!   I served these in condiment cups with little mini forks.  Even though my craving is weird… most everyone loved it!

I am not sure that any of these clues helped with anyone’s guesses, but it was fun!!!

Tomorrow I will have even more Gender Reveal Party Goodness!
