Easy Brownie Cup Banana Splits

Easy Brownie Cup Banana Splits! These brownie cups are the easiest to make and are filled with your favorite banana split toppings!

When I think of banana splits I think of my dad.  My family always went to Braum’s Ice Cream store when we wanted a special treat and he always would get a banana split.  You’d be hard pressed to find someone that loved ice cream more than my dad.  He once ate one of those competition bowls of ice cream with like 13 scoops or something ridiculous like that of ice cream and loved it (but not the tummy ache afterward). 😉  So this recipe goes out to my banana split loving dad!!!

The easy brownie cups are so fun to make!   I had seen some other types of brownie cup ideas floating around, but I find this is the easiest way for me to make them.  My mom tried other ways and said she just made a mess! 😛

I used a brownie mix to make my brownie cups, but you can use any typical brownie recipe.  Right at the end of baking I took them out and pressed them down in the middle with a melon baller.  Then I put them back in the oven to cook the rest of the way.  When they came out they were the perfect brownie cups and the banana splits were perfect inside!  Everyone LOVED these!
