Ingredients

  • white cotton candy, I find mine at Walmart in the holiday candy isle
  • icing
  • mini cupcakes prepared

Instructions

  1. Just ice your cupcakes with a thin layer of icing and then take out just enough cotton candy to cover the tops. I usually form the cotton candy by cupping my hand over the cupcakes and pressing into it a little. These are super easy and look great! Enjoy!

Love these!! At first glance, it looks like they might be challenging but definitely sound super simple! I know my two huge Frozen fans will adore these!

How long can the cupcakes sit with the cotton candy on them? Can you make them a day ahead of time and/or can they be refrigerated? Can you use home made white cotton candy? thank you!

Hi Gina, the cotton candy wont last all night. Mine lasted around 5 hours before they drew up enough moisture to start melting. They won't last in the refrigerator. I'm assuming you can use your own cotton candy, but the results may not be as fluffy and snow like.
