Cheesy Broccoli Potato Chicken Bake

I’d like to think that I am the type of mom that always likes cooking creative family dinners, but the reality is that sometimes I just don’t feel like it. That’s why I have to have easy meal ideas on hand at all times.  I love the @Campbells sauces because I can get creative with them or just follow the directions for an easy meal idea.  These sauces have delivered in both taste and ease!!!  We loved this Cheesy Broccoli Potato Chicken Bake that I made recently with the Campbell’s sauce in the Cheesy Broccoli Chicken flavor.   Even when I don’t feel like cooking I can use a Campbell’s sauce to make a great meal that tastes like I spent all day on it.

Of course I always use my kids as a guide on what easy meals to keep around.  They really have to love it and they have loved everything we have made with the Campbell’s sauces.  Campbell’s Sauces comes in varieties for Slow Cooker, Skillet, Oven and Grill Sauces.  They have some new delicious varieties like Beef Stew Slow Cooker Sauce and Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Oven Sauce.  We just pick some up every time we go to the grocery store so we can have dinner in 3 easy steps!

The original recipe for the Cheesy Broccoli Chicken was just the broccoli, but I went ahead and added some small cut potatoes to the mix.  We loved how everything tasted together with the cheesy sauce!  We have tried several of the varieties and I can’t wait to try more.  Maybe the Campbell’s sauce in Classic Roasted Chicken should be next.
