  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese, finely grated is best
  • 2 Tbsp . butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of fresh micro grated nutmeg optional


  1. Make the Sauce:
    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
  2. Add Parmesan Cheese:
