Today was a good day according to my kids because I let them play with their food! These Rainbow Pudding Cups are so easy and fun for St. Patrick’s Day. If you could figure out how to store the whipped cream I bet they would even make great snacks for a lunch bag. I could also see them in a St. Patrick’s Day party spread.
With the gold stars and the rainbow belts they look like something that popped off a page of a Care Bear book! I am totally of the Care Bear generation. I even had the Care Bear cloud car, backpack and lunch pail…. which these pudding cups would totally be cute in! 😉
To make your own you will need a package Air Heads Sour Belts in the rainbow color. Pudding cups in any flavor you like. Whipped cream in a can (or fresh if you like). Gold stars for the outside of the cups if desired. Just spray some whipped cream then place the sour belt in to look like a rainbow. So easy and cute! Have the kids help too!!!
I just love how these turned out and that it’s a snack that my kids can make too. What other rainbow snacks have you made or want to make for St. Patrick’s Day? I will be sharing more in the coming week so be sure to check back later!
