Cinnamon Roll Rainbow Fruit Pizzas!

Cinnamon Roll Rainbow Fruit Pizzas! These taste even more amazing than traditional fruit pizzas and they are so easy to make. Fun rainbow party or St. Patrick's Day idea!

I remember my first fruit pizza like it was yesterday.  It was the early 90’s and my mom had been invited to a Pampered Chef party.  She brought me along cause she knew I loved cooking.  I’m not sure if there was magic in the foods that I tasted there or what, but my mom and I both went gaga over everything we were served.  One of the things my mom knew we had to get was a baking stone because we HAD to make a fruit pizza just like the one our host made.  I still love fruit pizza and think it’s such a great and easy treat.  I didn’t think the original could be outdone until I had the idea for Cinnamon Roll Rainbow Fruit Pizzas.  I really do think these are the best and I love that they are individual sized!

Cinnamon Roll Rainbow Fruit Pizzas!! Easy St. Patrick's Day or Breakfast Idea

The cinnamon really adds a depth of flavor that I love about these.  The other great thing is that it only take 3 ingredients to make.  Fruit, a can of cinnamon rolls with the icing and cream cheese!

Rainbow Fruits for fruit pizza

I used a variety of fruits for these.  Since it’s close to St. Patrick’s Day I thought rainbow colors would be fun.  Any of these fruits mixed or alone would taste great.  My daughter chopped these up for me.  Strawberries, mandarin oranges, kiwi (her fave), pineapple, blackberries (cut in halves) and blueberries (no need to chop these).

These look so delicious and the presentation is amazing! I love cinnamon rolls and the fruit on top would definitely make me feel less guilty about how many of these I'd probably devour. And the recipe looks really easy to follow. Great post!
