Pop Rocks are another favorite candy of mine that reminds me of being a kid!!!
This fudge is so good!!! When you bite into it you can really taste the strawberry… then as you start to chew it you get a little fizzle in your mouth from the Pop Rocks! I poured my fudge into cookie cutters so that I can give them away as gifts too!!!
This recipe couldn’t be any easier… 3 ingredients!!! Woot!
Strawberry “Pop Rocks” Fudge
What you will need:
1 container strawberry frosting/ icing
6 oz. Bakers White Chocolate
4 packages of strawberry Pop Rocks
4 heart shaped cookie cutters (mine are from Walmart)
****makes 4 cookie cutter’s worth of fudge
Simply melt the fudge in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl. Mine only took 1 1/2 minutes to melt… watch it to make sure it doesn’t burn and stir after every 30 seconds. Once it has melted put in 1/2 of the container of frosting/ icing and mix together. Once it is mixed pour in 2 packages of the Pop Rocks and mix well. Pour this mixture into the cookie cutters and smooth out the tops… then sprinkle remaining Pop Rocks on top of that. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until it is firm. Now you are finished!!!
I can really only eat about 2 bites of this at a time because it is SOOO rich, but I do that with any fudge. I really love the flavor and fun of this!!!
