I try to get in 5 to 7 servings of fruits and veggies everyday, but I find that it’s sometimes hard to get them all in… especially at breakfast. One thing that I like to eat with breakfast is a smoothie with some kind of fruit and protein. I’ve found a surprising way to add protein to my smoothies is All Whites Egg Whites! The All Whites Egg Whites add a great dose of protein to this Mango Peach Protein Smoothie. It also makes the smoothie nice and frothy! Perfect for a morning on the go!
I also drink this smoothie as a pre or post workout smoothie because it has the added protein from theAll AllWhites Egg Whites. 2 cups ripe mango, cut up fresh,
1 medium to large ripe peach, pitted and cut up
2/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites, 100% liquid egg whites
dash fresh grated nutmeg (adds a “high-end” taste)
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
