So if you can’t tell yet, I really like the Pottery Barn Easter items from this year. I already showed off my Trailing Dogwood Wreath and now I will show you how I made this Green Vine Easter Basket.
I think it is gorgeous! It really has that natural feel to it that I love!
What you will need:
Natural wood tone basket (the more rustic looking the better!)
fake vines (found mine from Hobby Lobby
hot glue gun
This was incredibly easy and fast to put together. It does take some thought for placement of the vines, but once I got going it was fast!
I just cut any unnatural looking parts off the vines and pieced them onto the basket with hot glue. It was tricky to not burn my hands… so use caution or find something like a stick to help push the vines on.
Then I just filled the basket with natural looking eggs , more of the vines and some faux flowers.
Beautiful!
The girls thought that this bunny would look cute in the pic. They were right! 🙂
Have you made any knock offs recently? Be sure to come back tomorrow for the project party so we can all show off our most recent projects!!!
