One of my favorite people in the world is having a little girl at the end of the month… so of course I had to make her something special…
Diaper Cupcakes Tutorial
These are so sweet and you will laugh out loud at all the people that walk up to them thinking they are real cupcakes (or maybe I am the only one that thinks it’s funny with my twisted mind)!

What you will need:
* one bag or box of diapers (newborn or size one) (Pampers work best because they are mostly white, but I used Huggies)
* cupcake wrappers (or scrapbook paper for custom cupcake liners)
* rubber bands (enough for the amount of diapers you are using)
* little flowers to go on top (optional)

Directions:
Fold diaper lengthwise with edges touching each other.  Fold the two free edges on top of each other making one long skinny diaper… starting from one end roll diaper up and place rubber band over it.  Start with the bottom of the roll and push up into the diaper to form the “peak.”  Now place a cupcake wrapper or custom cupcake liner made with scrapbook paper over the bottom of the cupcake (for directions go here).  Now decorate with flowers on the top if you want or leave them as is!  Place them on a cupcake stand and you are done!!!

These will be the hit of the shower!

They really look good enough to eat, don’t you think?
Happy Creating!
