Chocolate Marshmallows Homemade Valentine Candy

Chocolate Marshmallows {Homemade Valentine Candy}! So pretty and doesn't involve melting or cooking anything!

My daughter asked me the other day if my new favorite color was pink.  I asked her why and she said, “Because everything you have been making recently is pink!”  I guess she is right and I DO love pink.  That is why I love Valentine’s Day.  I get to make things that are particularly girly and pink!   These Valentine Chocolate Marshmallows are pink, simply wonderful and don’t require any baking or melting!

I think they turned out SOOO cute!

To make just press the marshmallow down a little to make it flatter and wider.  Don’t press too hard or you will break the marshmallow.  If the backside starts to break a little that is okay and will probably happen, but if the whole thing is breaking up then start over with a new one!

Then put a little corn syrup on the chocolate candy and press it onto the marshmallow right in the middle.  Then brush the outside of the marshmallow with a light coat of corn syrup and then dip into sprinkles!  So easy!
