I created fun Easter crafts with the new Kleenex Brand Ready to Care Collection by Betsey Johnson as part of a sponsored series with Socialstars. #KleenexBetseyStyle
Spring is finally here and I am glad to welcome the warmer weather. Unfortunately my whole family suffers from seasonal allergies and this year it is already starting! We have already gone through a few boxes of Kleenex Brand Ready to Care Collection by Betsey Johnson and I started to wonder if there would be a way to reuse them. The new box designs are so fun and whimsical and I really didn’t want to just toss them out. Since it is close to Easter I used the Kleenex Boxes to make Easter Baskets and Easter Egg Holders! They were perfect with the cute chalkboard Easter Eggs.
I love love how these turned out! Since I have 3 girls I will be making 3 of these baskets for their Easter goodies. I also placed a small pack of Kleenex Brand Ready to Care Collection by Betsey Johnson in the basket as part of their Easter gift. I know they are going to love these.
I suggest using craft eggs for these because they make cute decorations year after year. Also when I went to paint the eggs it was much easier to use the craft eggs by puncturing them with a fork and painting them on a skewer.
To make your own Chalkboard Eggs with Holders you will need chalkboard paint, scissors, 1 empty Kleenex Brand Ready to Care Collection by Betsey Johnson Box, a paintbrush, craft eggs, a strip of paper (for the basket handle) and Easter grass. See the video below for a visual:
They are too pretty not to display all the time. I love the rose design on the holders from the Kleenex Brand Ready to Care Collection by Betsey Johnson box!
My girls will be so excited about their gift boxes… I can’t wait until they see them at Easter!!! This month is national craft month. Are you planning to craft this month?
