Banana Walnut Waffles with Caramel Sauce!

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Chiquita Banana for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Out of all the foods I make for breakfast waffles are the most requested in this household!  I like making them homemade with my Belgium waffle maker and a store bought waffle mix.  I am always trying little tweeks to the original recipe and these Banana Walnut Waffles with Caramel Sauce taste amazing!  They taste like my Grandma’s banana bread which I absolutely love.  The fun part about this recipe is that I entered it into the Chiquita Cooking Lab Contest!  #ChiquitaCookingLab There is a $4000.00 winner each week and it’s easy to enter your own recipe!

I think bananas are the perfect addition to these waffles.  I even added a few sliced bananas on top too!  I have a banana loving 9 year old, who even dressed up as the Chiquita banana lady one year for Halloween, give this recipe two thumbs up!
