My perfect Christmas morning will always contain Fried Potatoes with Onions! My mom has cooked these up every year since I was little. We also enjoy them on camping trips. Almost everyone goes back for seconds and there are never any left! You can serve them alone with a little salt or make some white gravy to go along with them.
I really love the flavor that the onions give this dish!
Fried Potatoes with Onions! {Heirloom Recipe}

- 1/2 medium onion chopped

I t's awesome that you don't have a story that takes 15min or more to read through before getting to the recipe, so many websites are horrible about that. Yours is simple and to the point. Love your website. Keep sharing.
