3large pita breads or 2 large Naan breadsor other pre-made flatbread
Instructions
Slow cook meat and Manwich sauce at low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. Once you are ready to use the meat shred it and stir the meat and sauce together.
For the pizzas:
Preheat oven to broil or 500 degrees. Top the flatbreads with the meat and sauce first. Then add cheddar cheese and onions. Bake or broil for 5 to 10 minutes. Take out when the cheese is bubbly and crust is beginning to brown. Add cilantro then slice and serve.
