1 8ozpackage queso blanco cooked with 5 oz. milk and 1 can of green chiles
1/4cupqueso fresco crumbled
1/2cuppico de gallo
1/2cuppre cooked brisket chopped
1/4cupfire roasted corn
drizzle of chipotle salsa
Instructions
Place tortilla chips on large plate and top with rest of ingredients evenly- use around half of the queso blanco and use the rest to dip in if desired. Serves 6-8 people
