Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk and mix well. In a separate bowl combine the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt. Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mixture and mix well. Fold in the apples and pecans. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.Before serving add caramel sauce to top of bread and sprinkle with a touch sea salt. Don't overdo the sea salt. Just a very light sprinkle adds the right amount of saltiness.
