Ingredients
1package of Campbell's Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ Sauce
2to 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
1sweet Red Bell Pepper cut Julienne style
Enough Large lettuce leaves to make 2 wraps per personbutter lettuce or large leaves of iceburg work the best
5green onions choppedgreen tops preferred
sesame seeds
1cupmatchstick carrots
2cupsof cooked white riceJasmine or Basmati preferred
Instructions
Cook the sauce with the beef according to the directions on the package. Once it is finished cooking take the beef and shred it. Place the lettuce wraps down onto each plate and then layer them each with the rice, beef, sesame seeds and then all the vegetables. Use the leftover sauce and serve it with the wraps for dipping or drizzling on top. To eat the wraps just fold the lettuce over like a taco and Enjoy!
