Preheat oven to 350°. Place everything except stuffing into a large pot and heat to boiling. Boil for 5 minutes then turn the heat down to a simmer. Let the soup simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile place stuffing in small rounds on a greased baking sheet. Bake the stuffing for around 15 minutes or until the stuffing browns on the edges. Put soup into serving bowls and top with the stuffing croutons. Enjoy!
