6individual sized packs of pre-made chocolate pudding
2Tbsp. instant coffee granules
Pre-made refrigerated pie crust dough

Cut the pie dough with the top of the COOL WHIP whipped topping container. You will cut 6 of these out and fill each tart pan with the dough and press the outside with a fork. Bake in a 350 degree oven or a grill that is set to medium/ high heat for about 10 minutes or until the crust is cooked and browning just a bit. Take out of the oven and let cool to room temperature. Mix pudding with COOL WHIP and instant coffee. Pour mixture onto the pie crust inside the tart pans until the mixture has reached the inside edge. Drizzle with melted chocolate or chocolate shell if you want. Then dollop a little COOL WHIP on top of each pie. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving. Makes about 12-16 servings Enjoy!
