4chicken legs and 4 chicken thighs with or without skin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In one medium bowl mix mayo and sour cream. In another medium bowl mix breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, salt and pepper. To add the coating to the chicken just spread the mayo mixture thinly onto each chicken piece first and then completely coat each piece with the dry mixture. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for around 30 minutes on one side and then turn each piece over and cook for another 30 minutes. Chicken is done when juices are clear and temps inside chicken reach at least 180 degrees F
