Preheat oven to 400° F and spray a baking sheet with oil. Wrap the Bar-S franks with the breadstick dough. The bun length dogs will take 2 breadsticks each. Stir the baking soda and water mixture well and dip each wrapped pretzel dog in the mixture for a second. Shake off the excess water and place the pretzel dog on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with pretzel salt if desired. Bake the pretzel dogs for around 10-12 minutes or until the crust is a deep golden brown. Take out and serve!
