Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream sugar and butter together. Add flour and cocoa powder and mix until dough comes together and is easy to roll out. You may need 1-2 Tbsp. more butter if the dough is too crumbly. Roll out on a flat surface that has been dusted with a little cocoa powder. Cut out small shapes like bunnies and carefully use a spatula to transport them to a cookie sheet. This dough will break if handled to much so be careful.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until set. Once they are out of the oven let them sit on the cookie sheet until they are cool to the touch. This is a very important step because if you try to take them off too early they will crumble to pieces, but after letting them cool down they will be nice and hard.
Once they are cooled down put a little nutella on the bunny bums with a toothpick. Then roll a small amount of cotton candy to look like a tail and stick it onto the nutella. Repeat for each cookie and then they are ready. Enjoy!
