These chips are made with just cheese and onions! They crisp up perfectly to make a low carb/ keto or THM treat.

Ingredients
2cupsfinely shredded cheddar cheese
5green onions choppedjust the green part
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Place a silicone baking mat or parchment paper on a baking sheet. Take around 2 Tbsp. of cheese and pile it in a circle shape on top of the mat or parchment paper. Repeat until the baking sheet is full of little cheese piles. Add a sprinkle of green onion to the top of each cheese pile. Bake around 10 to 15 minutes making sure to watch the chips. When the chip edges are turning brown take them out of the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up while cooling. After a few minutes you can take them off and serve!
