1Carton of Campbell's Soups for Easy Cooking in the Creamy Garlic and Herb Flavor
1poundof chicken cooked and diced
1 16oz. package of frozen peas and carrots
1 16oz. package of frozen corncan leave out if you want to
1poundof potatoes peeled and diced
3cupsof chicken stock or broth
salt and pepper to taste
For the pie chips:
1roll refrigerator pie crust
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes or until the ingredients are boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer for another 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Meanwhile roll out pie crust and cut into bite sized pieces. Bake for around 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Watch them carefully to make sure they don't burn. Serve with the Chicken Pot Pie Soup.
