Mexican Street Corn Avocado Toast

cobs
grilled corn (cut off the cob)

avocados peeled/ de-seeded and chopped

Tbsp.
2 Tbsp. Mayo

3 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2
lime
juiced
dash
chili powder

Tbsp
chopped cilantro
or to taste
1/2
cup
parmesan cheese

pieces of toast
Instructions
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Put this mixture on top of the toast first. Then add a layer of avocado. Next add some corn, cheese, a sprinkle of red chili powder and some chopped cilantro. Enjoy the toast!
