This Alfredo Sauce takes me WAY back to some yummy years of my life.
When I was in college my best friend and I frequented a particular Italian Restaurant. We loved experimenting by tasting different dishes there, but our favorite dishes always had Alfredo sauce. The Alfredo they served was always rich, creamy and delicious. Now that I am married with kids… I definitely don’t get to frequent that restaurant quite as much. I’ve now come up with an awesome recipe for Alfredo that is super easy to remember and is the best tasting I have found. We make it often in our house and I love to serve it with just about anything Italian inspired. This time around I served it with spaghetti noodles, chicken and Birds Eye® Protein Blends Italian Style.

The Best and Easiest Alfredo Sauce plus Easy Side Ideas
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese finely grated is best
- 2 Tbsp . butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium sized saucepan combine all ingredients. Simmer on low and stir every few minutes for around 15 minutes or until the sauce is a smooth consistency. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
