The summer is almost over and we are looking forward to school days! I homeschool and work from home and that means that I will have a very busy schedule. During the school year it’s hard to find time to spend chatting with my friends. I decided to throw a Skinny Cow Chocolate and Chat Party for some much needed mom time! I love any excuse to get together with my friends and eat some chocolate! 🙂 I know that my guests were just as excited about this party as I was!
The first thing I did when planning the party was to make sure that I had enough chocolate to go around. Skinny Cow has always been a favorite of mine and so I picked up several varieties that I found at Walmart.
I ended up getting the Skinny Cow Salted Caramel Pretzel Ice Cream Candy Bars and the Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters in Milk and Dark Chocolate. They are not lying about these being dreamy!
After everyone arrived we dug right into the Skinny Cow Chocolates… of course! It doesn’t take much to convince my group of friends to try a little chocolate!
We all ate the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Candy Bars first. We all agreed that they were wonderful!
Even my sister ate the Skinny Cow Salted Caramel and Pretzel Ice Cream Candy Bars. She isn’t a big fan of chocolate, but she liked these! It was sure nice to have something cool to eat to beat the summer heat! The Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters were also a huge hit. My friends know good chocolate and they were more than pleased with the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Candy Bars and Clusters!
We also played Chocolate Lover’s Bingo which was so much fun! Get your FREE Chocolate Lover’s Bingo printable sheets here. Of course the prizes were Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters to take home!
For the decor I kept it simple. I wrapped Gold Glitter Tulle around a tree stump and made a Chocolate sign. I also used Gold Cups and Gold Paper plates stacked on top of each other and glued to make the dessert stands. It all turned out beautiful! The sun was shining just right on the gold glitter and it made everything sparkly… I wish pictures did it justice!
It was a great evening and a chance to catch up with good friends. We all needed this time together and the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Candy Bars and Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters made it even better! What variety would you like to try?
